OF COURSE NOT!!  Especially when you are dealing with the ‘no name’  tier 2 components.  They last according to the quality of the LED chips, drivers (that make the chips glow) and MOST OF ALL, the heat sink (metal body) that dissipates heat & keeps the LED’s cool.  Excess heat = shortened LED life.
